Our food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the Brisket Mac and Cheese and the Honey BBQ Wings and they were amazing. I’m extremely picky with wings and chicken in general but these wings were the best I’ve ever had. The waitress was lovely and our drinks were really good. I definitely recommend!

Loved the vibe of this place. The waitress was really friendly as well. We ordered the salmon, buttermilk chicken, chicken & waffles and THE CRAB CAKE. Yes, the crab cake was absolutely incredible, destroyed it after getting a first taste. The salmon was delicious as well, however it kinda didn’t live up to its name (crispy skin salmon), might be because of the sauce drizzled on it. The chicken and waffles were absolute bomb as well. The buttermilk chicken is the same chicken on the waffle which means it’s good 👍🏻 Will definitely be back when I have the chance to.

So glad we stopped here! Great food, great cocktails, great service and great atmosphere! Shared the beef brisket nachos which were fantastic! Smashed cucumber cocktail spiked with gin was the perfect summer cocktail, highly recommend!

Went there for my birthday tonight with a few friends and it was absolutely fantastic. The service was fantastic and cannot praise them enough. The food and drinks are absolutely worth the price. I had the chicken and waffle, and the chicken was perfection. I stole some nachos from my friends, the chicken and brisket was delicious and the jalapeno added a nice kick. Cocktails! Zombie was incredible, a perfect mix of rum and pineapple 🍍 Daiq-Till Death strong and sweet, so good! Scally Wag beautiful taste and the spiced rum adds a unique flavour Cactus garden was nice especially with the jalapeno flavour. Can’t wait to go back!

Recently used these guys to cater for a 65 person lunch for an on-site Christmas lunch. Honestly, could not fault a single thing. The lead up, the menu, the cost per head, the quality and quantity of the food and the kindness of all involved was top notch. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking them again for next year. Well done all involved 👏

The falcon won "best bar in Newcastle" 2024 All of their cocktails are vegan and many of their wines are too. For food, wow.... The vegan Jambalaya, is an absolute favourite of f mine and probably one of the best vegan dishes in Newcastle. Packed with flavour. They also have a great vegan Nachos, single or to share size. The vegan Mac and cheese is also the best that I've had in Newcastle. At $18 with a glass of vegan friendly "doom juice" weise or rouge this is an easy cheap vegan meal There's absolutely something for everyone here but also "options" for vegans which is so important to we folk who just Wana hang with friends. Sven the main bar hop/ manager/ dude is the definition of quality customer service and all of his crew follow suite. Pros: Vegan jambalaya, Vegan nachos, Vegan Mac and cheeze

We’ve lived on this road for 2 years and Falcon has been our local. There is nowhere in Newy I am more excited to go for food and cocktails. Food is consistently fantastic, proper comfort food that hits the spot every time. Beyond that, the team are brilliant - they recognise us every time, we couldn’t feel like more of a local! Big shout out to Sven, who is the friendliest, most welcoming guy, who we are excited to see every time. Thank you to the Falcon team to their brilliant hospitality and warmth. We’re going to miss you ! xxx

The Falcon honestly honestly just do things properly. The food was excellent without trying too hard. Well cooked, full of flavour, and portions that actually make sense. Nothing felt over-styled or gimmicky — just solid, well thought-out dishes that you’d happily order again. Drinks were spot on. Good range, well made, and served quickly. Cocktails weren’t overly sweet or sloppy, and the wine and beer list had enough choice without being a headache. Service was relaxed and genuinely friendly. Staff were attentive without hovering, knew the menu, and made the whole experience easy. You didn’t feel rushed, but you weren’t left waiting either. Overall, it’s just a really good place to eat and drink in Newcastle. Comfortable, consistent, and worth going back to — which says more than any hype ever could.

We came for a few drinks and lunch. We shared the wings Cajun style. Where nice some were a little dry but still good. The nachos were amazing. Lots of beans and cheese sauce and the beef was so tasty just not enough of it lol. The max and cheese is like you get from America! The margaritas were nice I really like the tequila with fresh apply juice. Staff were down to earth and friendly!
